New PES Car Line Procedure
Dear Paine Parents,
As a component of our school safety plan, we will be implementing a new procedure for car line pickup. We will issue car line signs (with student names) to be placed in the passenger side window while picking up in our car line. We will send home two signs with each student who is a car rider (or could potentially be a car rider) in the afternoons. Beginning Wednesday, October 12th these signs must be in the car window (passenger side) in order to pick up through car line. If a sign is forgotten, the parent will be instructed to drive to the front of the building for verification and pickup. This will help to ensure both safety and an efficient car line.
In order to prepare for the implementation of this new procedure, we need your help. Please use the link below to inform us if your child is an afternoon car rider (or could be on certain days). We will use this form to prepare our signs.
We will send the signs home with students on Tuesday, October 11th. Please go ahead and place one in your car (glove compartment, behind visor, etc. ) so you are ready for car line on Wednesday, October 12th. Thank you so much for partnering with us to keep our school safe.
